Biological larvicide (Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis, BTi) is available as a child and wildlife-safe option for gardens with ponds or water features.

Dubai's mosquito season runs from April through October, with peak activity in May–September when temperatures exceed 35°C and humidity rises. Residual spray on resting surfaces (walls, vegetation undersides, shaded areas) lasts longer — typically 3–4 weeks.
For sustained protection through Dubai's mosquito season (April–October), Ayaad recommends monthly fogging treatments combined with larviciding of standing water sources, which prevents new adults from emerging between visits.
Yes. After ULV fogging, children and pets should stay out of treated outdoor areas for 1 hour while the product disperses and settles. Surfaces can then be used normally — the residual deposit is on vegetation and shaded surfaces, not on play equipment or paved areas unless specifically treated.
For gardens with ponds, fish or wildlife, Ayaad uses biological larvicide (BTi) instead of chemical larvicide — BTi is toxic only to mosquito larvae and is entirely safe for fish, birds, bees and other wildlife.
