Who We Are
Ayaad Pest Control is part of Ayaad Group, a UAE-based group of professional service companies operating across cleaning, facilities management and pest control. The group has been active in UAE since 2013, building a client base of residential communities, commercial buildings, hotels and F&B operators across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman.
The pest control division was established to serve both Ayaad Group's existing corporate clients — who needed a single trusted provider across all facility services — and new residential and commercial customers looking for a DM-approved company they could rely on for annual maintenance contracts and emergency response.
Unlike standalone pest control operators, Ayaad's existing facilities management presence means we already operate inside many of the buildings we serve. We understand the operational constraints of occupied buildings, food preparation environments and hospitality settings that a first-time contractor often does not.

Our Approach to Pest Control
Identify Before Treating
We identify the specific pest species before selecting a treatment method. German cockroaches and American cockroaches respond differently. Pharaoh ants behave differently to black ants. Correct identification prevents the wrong treatment making an infestation worse — which is a real risk with ants and some bedbugs.
Eco-Friendly Products
We prioritise gel bait formulations over broadcast sprays wherever possible. Gel baits are targeted — only pests that eat the bait are affected. They have minimal off-target impact on beneficial insects and no airborne residue. For sensitive environments (kitchens, bedrooms, homes with young children) this matters significantly.
Documentation & Transparency
Every treatment generates a written report documenting what was found, what was used, where it was applied and what the expected outcome timeline is. For commercial clients this is a HACCP-format report. For residential clients it is a plain-language service record. You always know exactly what happened in your property.
Honest Warranties
We publish a 90-day re-treatment guarantee for most residential services. If pests return within 90 days of treatment, we return at no extra charge. This isn't a marketing line — it comes with clear terms: the client must implement the environmental recommendations we give (sealing entry points, removing harborage) for the warranty to hold.
Same-Day Response
Pest problems rarely wait for a convenient scheduling window. We maintain same-day availability across all Dubai districts for calls received before 1pm, and emergency response within 4 hours for AMC clients seven days a week including public holidays. Our dispatch team operates from 8am to 10pm.

Ayaad Pest Control holds a valid Dubai Municipality Pest Control Company Registration. All technicians hold individual DM Pest Control Operator (PCO) licences — required by UAE law to perform pest control services commercially.
WHO-Approved Product Portfolio
All pesticides and biocides used are WHO-approved and registered with Dubai Municipality's Public Health Pest Control section. Products are sourced from licensed UAE distributors and stored in DM-compliant facilities.
UAE Trade Licence
Ayaad Pest Control operates under a valid UAE trade licence, registered with the relevant UAE economic authority. Full company documentation available on request for procurement and compliance teams.
HACCP Documentation Capability
Our technicians are trained in HACCP documentation requirements for food industry clients. We issue HACCP-compliant visit reports in English (Arabic on request) within 24 hours of each commercial treatment.
